excellent room and services
large room convenient spot
We stayed in the double or twin room balcony, and it was so great. the room was quite large and provided everything i needed . the hotel has a great location for daily excursions. I found it a very convenient spot.
I found the dinner buffet inadequate. I was expecting more options. i felt the need for more variety and better quality in the dishes that were available at dinner.

The hotel included ping pong . there was also massage available for purchase, it was reasonably priced and effective. a bus stop sat right outside of the building. This made access to bled easy.

The hotel is very close to a swimming area of the lake. a bus stop sits just outside the hotel. This offered frequent services from nearby locations. the location also makes restaurants and grocery stores readily available.

Staff members were helpful and cute at the front desk. they assisted me in getting to a local medical clinic and extending my stay. the staff was good about luggage storage. This was especially helpful while trekking.

mountain view lovely staff indoor pool dated decor no air conditioning mouldy surface
the location was very close to the lake. i had a beautiful view of the mountains from my room. the front desk staff were lovely (i think they were genuinely happy to help). the indoor pool was also a nice addition.
the decor felt dated (it gave me a 90's vibe). there was no air conditioning in the room. the bathroom also felt dirty, with mouldy surfaces around.

mountain view rental place
My room had a balcony with a great view of the mountains. I found a bike rental place across from the building. The location allowed me to easily reach the other side of the lake by boat. There was a supermarket next door too.
The pool area could have been cleaner.

missing air conditioning road noise
the location was acceptable, with free parking included.
i found the lack of air conditioning problematic, especially given the price. leaving the window open meant enduring noise from the nearby road.. pretty basic amenities given the cost.
